We contract, we do not broker.
Fixed prices, defined terms. A producer who cannot forecast the revenue will not invest in the segregation that makes the stream worth having.
Re-developed ingredients. Say it ray-DINE.
Every food plant in Europe runs two outputs. One has a price list, a sales team and a customer. The other has a skip, a contractor and a monthly invoice going the wrong way.
The second output is not inferior material. It is the same flour, the same protein, the same lipid, produced on the same line to the same hygiene standard, separated a few minutes later than the material that got sold. What it lacks is not quality. It lacks someone whose job is to find it a destination.
That is the whole business. We find the destination, we contract the material, and we do the processing that stands between the two.
Fixed prices, defined terms. A producer who cannot forecast the revenue will not invest in the segregation that makes the stream worth having.
Nothing goes on the capabilities page until it can be produced to a published spec, lot after lot.
Food status, category, documentation and audit trail are decided at intake, not negotiated later.
