What ships with every lot
- Certificate of analysis against the published specification
- Allergen declaration
- Origin record, naming the producing site and originating batch
- Diversion and avoided-emission figure for the delivered quantity
- Where applicable, the commercial document required for the material category
Audit
We hold FSSC 22000 and HACCP certification and are audited annually. Customer audits are welcome and we schedule them within eight weeks of request. Documentation is retained for five years.
